Throughout the site, the terms 'we', 'us', our', 'I', 'me', 'mine' refers to Sophie Josephina BV. Sophie Josephian BV offers this website, including all information and service, from this site to you (the user) under the condition that you accept these terms & conditions.
When visiting this and/or purchasing any online program, workshop, or private coaching from us, you agree to bound by the following Terms & Conditions below.
The terms, 'products', 'courses','workshops', 'masterminds' 'private coaching', 'meditations' all refer to any product or service sold or made available by us and will be referred to in these terms as 'products'
You can review the most recent version of these Terms & Conditions at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update or change any part of these Terms by posting updates to this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your use of or access to the website following any updates means the acceptance of those changes.
Section 2: Online Store
You agree you are at least 18 years old or of legal age in your applicable jurisdiction to access the course.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any copyright laws as stated by your jurisdiction.
A breach or violations of these Terms & Conditions will result in termination of your products
Section 3: General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a product to anyone for any reason at any time.
Section 4: Intellectual Property
You agree to not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any part of your (or access to any) Product in any form whether privately or publicly, without written and explicit permission by us.
Any provided audio recordings, videos or written forms, materials or instructions are for your private use only and remain the intellectual property of Sophie Josephina BV.
You are also not trained through these products to teach these materials in your own services unless explicitly stated so in the product description.
A breach of these specific terms will result in immediate termination of all your products with us.
Section 5: Fees, Prices & VAT
Prices quoted on all checkout forms are in EUROS and includes any possible VAT. Our VAT is calculated retroactively through Quaderno. You will be send an automated email and invoice after your purchase with any relevant VAT specification.
You are responsible to change any VAT specification yourself in quaderno.
The price on the checkout form is the final price.
Section 6: Modifications to prices and products
Prices for our products can change without notice.
We also reserve the right to modify or discontinue a Product, or part of a Product, without notice at any time.
Section 7: Scope of responsibility
You understand and accept that any physical, emotional or psychological results, effects, or injury arising from the work, either during the sessions, circles or home practices, or arising at any time in between or thereafter, are entirely and solely your own responsibility. We are not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by us
Section 8: Lifetime Access to Products
Unless explicitly stated, we generally aim to provide long term access to our products. Any mention of 'life time access' means that we aim to continue access as long as we use the platforms that the products is maintained on. We remain the right to remove or modify access for a product without notice.
Section 9: Termination of contract by us
We reserve the right to terminate your access to a product at any time if we find that you have violated these Terms with no refund of fees.
We also reserve the right to terminate your access to a product at any time if we have experienced you as inappropriate and will terminate your access to the course. We reserve the right to terminate your access with no refund of fees.
If in our judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with part of these Terms & Conditons, we also may terminate this agreement at any time and you will continue to be liable for all amounts due
Section 10: Fees, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All Products purchased are non-refundable, cannot be returned, cannot be transferred and cannot be exchanged unless otherwise stated on the checkout page, or in an explicit additional contract (as is sometimes the case in private mentorship)
In case of exceptional circumstance or personal emergency: In case of medical emergencies or unforeseen personal circumstances, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of us, and at maximum of 10 days after purchase.
Payment plan: If you have signed up for a payment plan, you hereby agree to pay all outstanding payments as outlined in checkout.
There is NO REFUND IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND regardless of when you choose to withdraw from the product. You understand that once you have purchased the products, you have committed to doing the work and paying for the full program.
Payment plans are offered solely to assist you in making this investment in your personal or business growth. You are required to complete payment in full, even if you choose to withdraw from the product.
You are responsible to pay the full amount of the price you originally agreed to pay for any product you purchase, regardless if you leave the program, do not complete it in the time frame provided, or dont use the container at all.
